2 x NEW YZ125 5X4-11611-02 chromed faced piston rings, 0.80 mm in thickness
to suit TZ 250 J / K / L models with the 56 mm bore size for those who want a good ring for a nicosil bore cylinder
145-28371-00 TD1B & TD1C "replica" front fairing mounting rubber
1 x used TZ125H piston (glass bead peened) suitable for TD2, TD2B and TZ500
1 x used TD2 piston (glass bead peened) suitable for TD2 and TD2B
* The outside face if the top ring land has been machined (to prevent the ring from overheating)
* The piston skirt has been shortened by approx 10mm (to allow more air/fuel to flow from the inlet tract to keep the piston and cylinder wall well lubricated and cooler.)
* 2 holes have been drilled in each of the gudgeon pin boss (for additional oiling of the gudgeon pin and to prevent galling.)
* Pistons have been glass bead peened (to produce a good and hard surface, the pistons were then "Scotch Brite" hand finished to produce good surface a characteristics.)

These GOLD electrodes are great as they resist fuel fouling.
